Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Here2Fish, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the Full Throttle Marine brand and website at https://ftmarine.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit the Site, submit forms, call us, or otherwise interact with us online.

By using the Site or submitting information through it, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Full Throttle Marine is a trade name of Here2Fish, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Contact:

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related online forms (including service booking and Full Throttle Club signup). It does not govern:

  • On-site marine service performed under a separate service agreement, work order, or invoice;
  • Full Throttle Club membership governed by a separate membership agreement;
  • Franchise sales governed by a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and franchise agreement;
  • Third-party websites, platforms, or services we link to (including YouTube, Google, and career application portals).

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

When you submit a form or contact us, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data (name, email, phone);
  • Service market / territory selection;
  • Vessel and engine details (make, model, length, quantity, hours, location, access type);
  • Service preferences (timeframe, maintenance plan, seasonal add-ons, notes);
  • Franchise or careers inquiry details you choose to provide;
  • Any other information you include in free-text fields.

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers through the Site. Payment, if applicable, is handled through separate secure channels we provide after your request is received.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser type, operating system, and language;
  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP;
  • Pages viewed, referring/exit URLs, and interaction events;
  • Date and time of access and session identifiers;
  • Theme preference stored in your browser’s localStorage (display setting only).

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for essential Site operation, analytics, and advertising measurement. These may include:

  • Google Analytics / Google Ads (tags loaded via Google Tag Manager infrastructure) — see Google’s Privacy Policy;
  • YouTube embeds (Plyr player) — may set third-party cookies when you play video;
  • Local storage for theme preference (ftm-theme, ftm-service-market where applicable).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

3.4 Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from analytics providers, advertising partners, and publicly available sources to improve the Site and measure campaigns. We do not purchase lists of personal information for resale.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to service requests, club applications, franchise inquiries, and general questions;
  • Schedule, perform, and document marine services and membership benefits;
  • Send transactional emails (confirmations, appointment-related messages);
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
  • Measure marketing performance and Site usage;
  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect rights, safety, and property;
  • Maintain business records as described in our retention schedule below.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, IT security, and customer communications — under contractual confidentiality and data-handling obligations;
  • Network operators / franchisees in FTM markets where we operate, when necessary to fulfill a service or membership request in that territory;
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance) under duty of confidentiality;
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety;
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Our standard retention schedule:

When retention expires, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate data so it can no longer reasonably identify you, except where backup copies persist for a limited period under our disaster-recovery procedures.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold (including TLS for Site traffic, access controls, and secure email transport where configured). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you;
  • Opt out of certain processing (where applicable);
  • Receive a portable copy of information you provided;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (without affecting prior lawful processing).

Florida residents: We comply with applicable Florida privacy laws. To submit a request, email hello@ftmarine.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify your identity before responding.

California residents: We do not sell personal information. California residents may contact us to exercise applicable CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Marketing emails: Transactional messages related to your request or service are not marketing. If we send promotional messages, you may opt out using the unsubscribe method provided.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. International visitors

The Site is operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws.

11. Third-party links and embeds

The Site may link to or embed third-party content (YouTube, social networks, career portals). Those parties collect information under their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
